Update: Wine, Food & Art Event

We’re delighted to announce that our Head Chef has now finalised the menus for our
forthcoming Fine Wine, Food & Art Weekend (22nd & 23rd February). With so much amazing local
produce to choose from, it’s taken a lot of careful planning and thought from Pascal.

Pat Smith of Barry & Fitzwilliam Wines, our resident wine connoisseur for the event, has this week
commenced planning the wonderful wine selections for the weekend’s tastings and to accompany
Pascal’s sumptuous menus. 
In the meantime, the artwork, which is the centrepiece for this very special Delphi weekend has also
started to arrive and is in the process of being displayed around the Lodge. The artist himself, Liam
Jones, is putting the final touches to some of the specially commissioned work for the exhibition.
This is proving to be a very popular weekend, however there remains some availability and, due to
special requests, it is now possible to stay for one evening – either the Friday or the Saturday – at a
price of €195 per person for Pre-dinner wine tasting, Evening Dinner, Bed & Breakfast.
If you can only attend one of the evenings but can’t decide which, perhaps a look at the menus will
assist your choice.
