Delphi Fishery Reservations
Fishing/Special Event/Private Party Accommodation – Payment & Cancellation Conditions:
- Bookings must be secured with a 50% deposit by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Laser), within 5 days of receipt of offer. Final payment is due 40 days in advance of arrival.
- We are a small business and cancellations affect us significantly. We depend on advance reservations to operate. When we hold a reservation and then have it cancelled, we have had to refuse others for the same time slot.
- If a guest cancels prior to 40 days before arrival the deposit is forfeit, unless we are able to re-let your slot. If a guest cancels after full payment has been received, we will again try our very best to fill the opening and then issue a full refund. Otherwise all monies received are non refundable.
Accommodation Bookings – Payment & Cancellation Conditions:
- Bookings must be secured with a credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Laser).
- Reservations may be cancelled or amended, subject to availability, up to 5 days prior to arrival.
- Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in an automatic charge to your credit/debit card equivalent to one night’s accommodation per person.
- Rooms cancelled with less than 5 days notice will be subject to full charge unless we can re-let the room.
We STRONGLY recommend purchasing travel insurance. This can be purchased through your local insurance broker or travel agent.
Please read the following notes before making a reservation:
- Fishing at Delphi is limited to a maximum of 12 anglers each day and, as a result, is frequently booked out well in advance.
- Our policy is to give preference to those who took the fishing in the previous season. In practice, this means that some spring weeks and most of June & July are rarely available.
- Advance booking is strongly recommended and the peak booking season is in December for the following season. Bookings are confirmed in January.
- That said, it is always worth checking on availability, even at short notice; the availability listing on this website is normally updated weekly.
- It is not normally possible to book fishing without taking accommodation at Delphi; room or cottage availability should be checked separately.
- Non-fishing friends or guests are very welcome, subject to availability.
- Delphi fishing weeks run from Saturday p.m. to Saturday a.m. Weekend stays are thus hard to handle since they straddle 2 different weeks.
- A 50% deposit is taken on reservation, normally by credit card.
